This will be my second competition back after 2 years out and is a qualifier for the UKs strongest man. In 2020 I came 3rd in this event, can I better that ?

EVENT 1 – Viking Press 110kg for Reps in 60 secs

EVENT 2 – Axle deadlift 250kg for Reps in 60 secs

EVENT 3 – Frame Carry 250kg 15m drop and turn

EVENT 4 – Atlas Stones to 53″ – 80kg to 160kg

EVENT 5 – 250kg Frame Hold
