BB Bent Over Rows
Work upto a weight that’s a tough 8 and do 4 sets with it. Keep firm perfect
Do 4 sets of 8 on each arm. Get a nice stretch, a really good full range of motion on these. nothing fancy just grind with good form
DB Pullovers/Pullover Machine
3 sets of 10
Close Grip Pulldowns
Use a neutral grip on these. sit up straight and really stretch in the stretched part of the range of motion, and then tilt back just a tad and drive those elbows down.
Do 4 sets of 10
